抗火性和安全性的分類和標準
  • 透過納米生產技術,派諾得防火玻璃的抗夾層,是凝固及穩定耐用的透明粘晶體(interlayer(s) of hard intumescent based material),解決傳統含水凝膠(gel-base)防火夾層常見的缺點,如短時間內發生凝膠收縮,形成不透明的色素,使防火玻璃局部變色或全面變白,從而影響其實用性和抗火性能。派諾得科技因此有信心給予我們公司的客戶提供長達10年的保用期。而為了便於識別和質量保証,所有派諾得防火玻璃均印有公司的砂印。
 
當派諾得防火玻璃受到火焰或高熱影響時,向火面的外層玻璃層會破裂為碎片。而透過我們的德國原材料和生產技術,玻璃碎片會與防火隔熱層分離,抗火隔熱層會緊粘着內層的玻璃,同時膨脹及碳化為一層絶緣和不可燃的保護屏從而阻止煙,火焰及熱力從受火影響區域,傳到防火玻璃的另一面。

耐用和抗紫外線性能
  • 陽光的輻射熱和紫外線均會對防火玻璃夾層的穩定性及透晰度造成不良影響,尤其洔水凝膠(gel-base)的夾層更見明顯。即使於歐洲制造的防火玻璃,也未能避免此問題的發生。為了確保我們產品的耐用性和紫外線性能,派諾得主動將我們的產品送到德國一所國際認可的測驗中心,依據BS EN ISO12543-4:1998的標準去測試,而測驗結果証明﹐派諾得防火玻璃在經過存放於高達温度100ºC的環境2小時及連續地暴露於輻射能量達750W/m2和温度45ºC的環境2000小時後,其抗火隔熱夾層的完整性及清晰度都没有明顯受損。
 
Fire Resistant Safety Classifications and Standards
  • The nanotechnology-based intumescent interlayer in PYROTER fire resistant glass fors a solidified, stable and durable transparent bonding which is immune to the drawbacks commonly found in gel-based intumescent interlayer such as shrinkage of interlayer, formation of opaque haze and pigmentation amidst the interlayer as well as deterioration of fire resistance property within months to a few years.That is why PYROTEK Technology is confident to grant our customers a warrant period up to 10 years. For easy identification and quality assurance, all PYROTEK glass are sand-blasted with our brand-name PYROTEK.
 
When PYROTEK fir resistant glass is exposed to fire causing the glass pane confronting the fire to crack, the German raw materials and production technology will enable the shuttered glass fragments to slide/fall down with the least adhesive force so that the falling glass will not pull out any of the intumescent interlayer while the other side of the interlayer will adhere firmly in unity onto the adjoining glass pane and carbonized to from a thickened, opaque, insulating and noncombustible shield to check the passage of fire and smoke, as well as heat transfer from the fire side to the non-fire side.
 
Durability and UV-resistance performance
  • While the irradiance heat and Ultra-violet ray from the sum are detrimental to the stability and clarity of the China-made gel-based and even some Europe-made fire resistant glass. PYROTEK Technology has taken the initiative to test our fire resistant glass to the standard of BS EN ISO 12543-4 :1998 100ºC for two hours and continuously exposed to irradiance energy up to 750ºW/m2 and temperature of 45ºC for 2,000 hours.
