Service● Initial Selection & Interview
In the process of selection, we strictly consider appropriate applicants whohave standard academic qualifications along with relevant experience ineducation. Interview will be divided into two parts. An online interview via Skype willbe provided for schools’ to select the qualified applicants, successfulapplicants will be arranged to have a face-to- face sessions as a secondinterview for schools to enhance the understanding of the applicants.
● Application of Visa & Sexual Conviction Record Check
Brighteous will apply Visa and Sexual Conviction Record Check applicationto ensure all teachers are legal to work in Hong Kong and protect the benefitsof all schools and teachers.
● Performance Management & Supervision
To provide the best quality for schools, regular class observations andevaluation will be arranged to maximize the proficiency of allteachers. Appropriate rewards will be offered to teachers who have goodperformance and compliments from schools to encourage NETs’ motivationand good performance.
● Pre-employment Instruction
Briefing about School and Hong Kong Education Industry will be arrangedthrough Skype before practical working, ensuring all teachers have clearunderstanding about the local culture, school background, curriculum andeducation system of Hong Kong in order to avoid any misunderstandingbetween NETs and school.
